Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze complex financial and operational data from diverse sources;
• Identify trends and outliers, investigate root causes, and derive actionable insights;
• Report findings in a clear, digestible format;
• Communicate performance metrics and insights convincingly to both technical and non-technical sides;
• Provide thoughtful recommendations to support business decisions and improve business outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant business analysis experience in buy-side, HFT, or investment firms is preferred (other finance experience is also valued);
• Degree in economics / finance / computer science / maths;
• Hard skills: python (pandas, numpy, plotting libraries), probability theory, statistics, basic ML concepts, and data presentation;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle complex data;
• Demonstrated ability to present findings in a clear, digestible format;
• Passion for trading, global markets and/or crypto;
• Professional Certificates, Licenses, and Training a plus.
