General Purpose of the Position
- Calibrate the Engine Management System to meet defined engineering targets or customer specific requirement.
- Develop the Engine Management System, especially ECU, to meet EMS application and customer specific requirement.
Job Responsibilities
- Integrate and Calibrate AECS EMS on specific engine and vehicle from customer, meet defined engineering target or customer requirement.
- Clearly understand customer requirement, and current EMS System status. Design appropriate algorithm/logic to meet customer requirement.
- Analysis S/W defect and debug S/W issues, find root cause. Give the solution to improve functionality or fix issues.
- Verify the S/W, ensure the functionality and quality.
- Other tasks which be assigned according to situation change.
Position Preference (minimum)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Software Engineering required, Master preferred.
Experience/Special Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge about internal combustion engine including detailed understanding of each vehicle system component, especially the engine, transmission and emission control subsystem. - Preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willing to continuously learn new technologies
- One of two below:
- Certain knowledge about algorithm development and C language
- Certain knowledge about electronic product hardware development
- Excellent language skills in oral and written English
